Tournament Information	Eligibility: This tournament is open to amateurs under the following conditions: Maximum 3.5 index using the October computation and must be verified by Association or Club Handicap. Handicap card or other verification must be presented prior to teeing off on the first day of the tournament. Entry Fees: $200 per team - Includes entry fee and ALL qualifying and match play green fees. Golf carts can be rented in the golf shop prior to play. No refunds after October 15th, 2008. Field is limited to paid entries from the first 72 teams. Deadline for entry is 5:00 pm October 15th, 2008. Returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee. Late entries will be accepted for space available with cash only – no exceptions. Format: All play conducted under USGA rules. Play is at scratch. Four Ball stroke play qualifying round-Saturday, October 18^th– 7:30 a.m. morning tee times 1^st Round matches 18 holes Sunday, October 19^str – morning tee times 2^nd Round matches 18 holes Saturday, October 25th – morning tee times 3^rd Round matches 18 holes Saturday, October 25^th – afternoon tee times 4^th Round matches 18 holes Sunday, October 26^th – morning tee times Championship match Sunday, October 26^th – afternoon tee times if needed. Low 31 or 15 teams plus defending champions or low 32 or 16 teams will continue at 18 holes of Match Play (Defending Champions playing as a team shall receive automatic qualification into match play unless they elect to compete in the qualifying round). Ties will be broken by sudden death playoff from first hole 0r tenth hole. Awards: Merchandise awards will be presented to the Quarter-Finalists, Semi-Finalists, and Champions. The Champion’s names will be inscribed on the perpetual trophy. Presentation of awards will take place immediately following the conclusion of each round. All winners are requested to be present to accept their awards.
